 Take Breaks
There’s nothing more important to your success than your commitment to working hard. Taking breaks is a good turn to avoid burnout, reduce eyestrain, and stay motivated throughout the day. You can get more high-quality work done in less time by Working in many focused intervals. People that do not take breaks start to break down and under perform due to burnout and exhaustion. It is not as productive as working in 90 minute stretches with 15 or 20 minute breaks and a real lunch break. Knowing you have a break coming up can give you the energy to work at full capacity for your 90 minute shift. It’s more productive to work effectively and efficiently for 45 minutes than it is to spin your wheels for an hour. So it’s important to perceive when your mind or body is starting to feel overloaded – and give yourself permission to recharge.
